American Security Drone Act-Covered Foreign Entity List

The American Security Drone Act of 2023 requires publication in SAM.gov of a list of “covered foreign entities” developed and maintained by the Federal Acquisition Security Council. By statute, this list includes all entities on the Consolidated Screening List. The Consolidated Screening List is a searchable database hosted by the International Trade Administration and all of the firms on the Consolidated Screening List are included in the FASC list of covered foreign entities.
